Privacy

This site has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. Fonts, videos, logos and 3D scenes are served from this site, with no third-party embeds. The social links open Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, which apply their own privacy policies.

Like any website, it relies on a host. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you contact Clement Puig, the details you share are used to reply and to provide the services you ask for. They are not sold, and they are not shared for marketing. To ask about or correct information held about you, use the same contact channels.

Demos and sample data

The interactive demos on the category pages are illustrations built for this site with fictional sample data, labelled as such. They do not show client data, and the brands, people, figures and messages in them are invented.

Portfolio entries describe types of work. Client names, figures and confidential details are left out on purpose.

Studio Puig designs and builds software, including trading tools that clients run for their own use. It does not provide financial product advice, does not deal in financial products and does not manage money. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves risk, and simulated or past results do not guarantee future results.

Names and logos of AI tools and other products shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown only to identify the tools covered in training and setup. This does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners. Logo shapes come from the Simple Icons project (CC0).

Intellectual property

Components used under their own licences: three.js (MIT licence); the Instrument Serif, Instrument Sans and Fragment Mono typefaces (SIL Open Font License); logo shapes from Simple Icons (CC0); some textures in the 3D intros from Poly Haven (CC0).

Accessibility

Motion can be paused at any time with the “Pause motion” link at the foot of the home page, and the site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting. If anything is hard to use, please say so through the contact links.
